Mortar

Dough mixture of silica sand, cement, lime, water made by adding sand to the other elements divided into equal parts.

The aim is to achieve a durable mortar but not too much, so is not very expensive if you remove it  for future maintenance. The Calcina is typically used for the construction of plaster.

External plaster according to the harshness of the climate, on average every 30 years, the plaster shows deteriorated and need to restore all or in part. If the plaster was made of only cement the cost to renovate would be tripled.
